傭船載貨證券Congenbill自1946年頒布以來，歷經5次修訂，無論是正面格式欄或背面印刷條款，皆有大幅度地更新；其間，正面簽名欄之註記修訂尤其顯著，加上近年資訊科技的發展與貿易型態的更迭，造成海運業變化劇烈，現今產業環境已與過去不同，故載貨證券格式之選用及新科技之應用亦須與時俱進。
有鑑於此，本研究針對1994年、2007年與2016年傭船載貨證券Congenbill進行深入比較分析，試圖找出其修訂之原因，並針對相關問題提出改善建議；本研究亦分析海上運輸電子載貨證券及區塊鏈技術之應用，確立其應用基礎並評估未來發展。本文研究發現如下：
(1)釐清傭船載貨證券Congenbill簽名欄應由何人簽署，以及應如何註記較為適當，並提出Congenbill簽名欄之修正建議，研究成果除可提供傭船B/L持有人作為運送人身分認定之依據，亦可提供我國散裝航運公司作為簽發傭船B/L決策之參據。
(2)確立海上運輸電子載貨證券及區塊鏈技術之使用基礎，並提出電子載貨證券之作業流程，評估散裝運輸單證區塊鏈技術應用之效益與未來發展。

The charter party bills of lading Congenbill was first issued in year 1946 and it had revised five times since then. There are significant update in whether front format part or the back printing terms part. Among all the revisions the front signature box is especially obivious. In addition, the development of information technology and the change of trade pattern in recent years have also brought drastic changes in the shipping industry. Because the current industrial environments is different from the past, the selection of the format and the application of new technology of bills of lading should also keep pace with the time.
In light of the background mentioned above, the research makes an in-depth comparative analysis of Congenbill 1994, 2007 and 2016 and attempts to find out the reasons of revision. Finally, the research puts forward suggestions about related questions for improvement. This research also analyzes the application of electronic bills of lading and blockchain technology in maritime transport. Finally, this research establishes the basis for their application and evaluates the future development. The result of this article had shown that:
(1)This research makes clear who should sign and how to mark the signature box of Congenbill and puts forward suggestions to amend the signature box of Congenbill. The research results can provide not only the charterparty bills of lading holders the basis for identifying the carrier but also domestic tramp shipping companies as the reference for issuing charter party bills of lading.
(2)This research establishes the application basis of electronic bills of lading and blockchain technology in maritime transport. The research also puts forward the operating process of electronic bills of lading and evaluates the benefits and future development of blockchain technology for tramp shipping documents.
