本研究主要探討場靈性、工作敬業、正念、心理資本與幸福感之關聯性。研究對象為台灣天主教組織在職工作者,採用紙本問卷調查法進行資料收集,共發出問卷400份,扣除無效問卷後得有效樣本共338位,並以SPSS統計軟體及LISREL結構方程式進行資料分析,結果顯示:(1) 個體職場靈性程度越高,其工作敬業心程度越高;(2) 個體職場靈性程度越高,其正念程度越高;(3) 個體職場靈性程度越高,其心理資本程度越高;(4) 個體工作敬業心越高,其幸福感程度越高;(5) 個體正念程度越高,其幸福感程度越高;(6) 個體心理資本程度越高,其幸福感程度越高。綜合上述,本研究發現,當個體職場靈性程度越高時,其工作敬業心、個人正念及心理資本程度亦越高,其幸福感亦較高。最後,本研究也根據上述之結果,提供實務相關之建議與方案。
This study focuses on the relationships among workplace spirituality, work engagement, mindfulness, psychological capital, and subjective well-being. The valid sample is 338. SEM with LISREL computer program was used in this research¸ and found the paths influence in workplace spirituality, work engagement, mindfulness, psychological capital, and subjective well-being. The results are as follows: (1) higher workplace spirituality contract has higher work engagement; (2) higher workplace spirituality contract has higher mindfulness; (3) higher workplace spirituality contract has higher psychological capital; (4) higher work engagement contract has higher subjective well-being; (5) higher mindfulness contract has higher subjective well-being; (6) higher psychological capital contract has higher subjective well-being. According to the above results, this study provided some academic and practical suggestions.
