近年隨著數位轉型的興起,許多企業都紛紛提倡數位化運動。然而,企業在DT系統開發的專案管理實施過程中,通常面臨需求管理、技術整合和資源分配方面的挑戰。本研究旨在探討將設計科學數位創新模型(DSR-DI)應用於系統開發的實踐,我們用敏捷開發方法來增強DSR-DI流程模型形成一個新框架: Design Science Research in Digital Innovation for Service Development(DSR-DI SD),能為正在進行數位轉型的企業提供一個清晰的策略指導。

本研究的重點是應用DSR-DI SD框架開發雲端貿易業務管理系統,我們與一間從事三角貿易業務的公司合作,提出能管理和協調業務訂單的雲服務平台。系統設計採用客製化的業務管理系統和簽核引擎架構,並透過使用者的持續使用意圖分析評估其有效性,這樣的系統幫助我們提高DT專案管理的效率,同時也為相關領域提供了實際的案例。本研究理論貢獻建議企業在推動數位轉型時能參考本研究所提出之框架,對系統開發和數位轉型過程提供參考,始得企業更好地應用數位技術,更好地應對數位化時代的挑戰。
Enterprises are increasingly digitizing their systems but it is difficult to digitize development systems because of the need to management of requirements, technology integration and resource allocation. This study determines how Design Science Research in Digital Innovation model (DSR-DI) is applied in practice to address these challenges. DSR-DI is enhanced using agile development methods to create a framework that is called DSR-DI for Service Development (DSR-DI SD). This framework provides a strategy for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.

This study uses a DSR-DI SD framework to develop a Cloud-based Trade Business Management System. A partner firm that participates in triangular trade operations cooperated and a cloud service as a platform is proposed for managing and coordinating orders. The design includes customized features, such as a business management system and document approval engine architecture. Its effectiveness is verified using continuous usage intention analysis. The system allows a more effective digital transformation and is a practical example of how such transformation can be initiated in related fields.

This study highlights the importance of personalized strategies for companies that undergo digital transformation. The results of the study show that enterprises that undergo digital transformation benefit from the proposed framework. The study shows the system development and digital transformation processes and allows more effective use of digital technology to overcome the challenges of the digital era.
