臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

「瀏覽」是人類與生俱來的本能，在全球資訊網上這種活動的應用更為頻繁。使用者透過友善介面的瀏覽器與網頁互動，但由於全球資訊網超文件的本質、以及新科技的應用，使用者在瀏覽全球資訊網時，可能產生正負面不同的結果。
本研究為探求受試者使用瀏覽器按鍵的情況、與網頁互動情形、瀏覽路徑、瀏覽網頁時最常遇到的困難，以了解使用者瀏覽時的心智模式。為了達成上述目的，除了探討國內外相關文獻做為理論架構外，並採用觀察、訪談等方法，實際捕捉受試者瀏覽網頁的情形。
經研究歸納分析受試者瀏覽網頁的情況後發現：受試者對於瀏覽器提供的大部份按鍵及輔助瀏覽機制都會使用，也會透過網路及非網路媒體獲得欲瀏覽的網站。受試者在瀏覽全球資訊網時，呈現的瀏覽路徑往往由一種或以上的類型(單一路徑、回溯、迴圈)組成，而路徑類型的形成，受使用者的資訊需求動機、對主題的興趣、以及網站架構、瀏覽經驗而影響。瀏覽全球資訊網除了可以得到所需的資訊外，有時可獲得意外發現的喜悅，但亦有負面的結果，包括：資訊超載與在網頁中迷失的情形。儘管有負面的結果，使用者隨著瀏覽經驗的累積，會不斷修正心智模式與產生因應的方法。而網頁設計者提供愈清楚的網頁架構與超連結指標，愈有助於瀏覽，同時，瀏覽器設計者可增加網站間導覽的機制與書籤功能的加強。

Browsing is an inherent capability of human beings, it''''s also an activity the World Wide Web users commonly engaged in. Users interact with webs via user-friendly browsers. Due to the complex hyper-structure provided by the World Wide Web (WWW) and web technology, browsing in the cyber-space might cause positive or negative results.
The purposes of the study were to explore how users used various hyperlinks, how users interacted and browsed among web pages, and the difficulties users often encountered during browsing. Prior to the study, review of literature was conducted to provide a theoretical framework for the study. To capture user''''s mental models when browsing, observation and interview were used to obtain qualitative data.
From the results, users used most buttons and functions of browsers. They obtained the URLs from both Internet and non-Internet media. When users browsed around WWW, the browsing patterns were often composed of one or more of the following types: single-path, backtrack, and loop. The path taken by users were influenced by users'''' information needs, interests, browsing experiences, and the structure of web pages. Browsing around WWW might provide opportunities for incidental findings. However, it might also lead to negative effects, such as: information overload, and lost in WWW space. Nevertheless, with accumulation of browsing experience, users corrected their own mental models and evolved solutions. It is suggested that in the future development, the web designer should provide users with clear web structure to help browsing. The browser designers should also improve the Inter-web navigation mechanism and bookmark function.
