　　本研究目的在探討性侵害加害者人格特質、家庭經驗、酒精使用、強暴迷思與性侵害之關係。採橫斷式研究設計，共選取高雄監獄及出獄後接受社區處遇，自願接受研究之性侵害加害人88位進行研究，其中包括成人性侵害犯、兒童性侵害犯、近親相姦犯等十八歲以上之成年男性。排除患有精神分裂症、躁鬱症、智能不足等經醫師確立診斷者及不懂國台語者。研究工具為艾氏人格量表（EPQ）、雙親教養態度量表（PBI）、強姦迷思量表（Rape Myth Scale）及基本資料等問卷。研究結果顯示，第一次犯罪年齡越低，可預測其未來及更嚴重的犯罪行為，且其犯罪行為越多樣化。而母親的過度保護（控制）有可能影響孩子的人格發展，尤其是與高神經質（情緒不穩定）的人格特質有密切的關係；而父親的關愛程度低，亦與孩子的憂鬱人格傾向有關係。此結果可應用在護理實務及政策上，提供健康照護者更加瞭解性侵害加害者，進而落實在性侵害防治工作上。

　　The purpose of this study will be to explore the relationship between personality trait, family experience, alcohol consumption, rape myth and sexual assault in sex offenders. A cross-sectional design will be applied in this study. A sample of 88 sex offenders, participants was come from Kaohsjung prison and released from prison, involved sex offenders, pedophilia, child molester. Exclude involved Schizophrenia, Mania, and Mental Retardation.The following three measurements will be used: Chinese Version of the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI), Chinese Version of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), the rape myth scale. The result of study shows , the lower the age of first crime is, can predict its future and more serious criminal offence , and the more diversified its criminal offence is. And mother's over-protection (controls ) may influence the child's personality to develop , especially have close relations with the personality trait of the high nervousness (mood is unstable ) And father's care degree is low, also incline to have relations with the child's melancholy personality . Result this can is it attend to practice and policy to apply to , provide mental health professional to understand the sex offenders, and prevention sex assault takes place.
