本論文研究目的為探討白蝦於不同鹽度環境,對重金屬砷蓄積及排除之影響;試驗於不同鹽度環境(14、24及34 ‰)下,添加不同濃度之重金屬砷(500、2500 μg/L)進行30天蓄積試驗,於第31天將砷之各處理組替換成無砷之海水繼續蓄養30天,進行排除試驗,於蓄積及排除試驗第1、2、4、7、14及30天採樣,進行白蝦血淋巴、鰓、肝胰臟、肌肉及殼總砷含量測定。
使用Two-way ANOVA三變異分析不同砷實驗濃度、不同鹽度及曝露時間對各組織砷蓄積試驗結果顯示,除了血淋巴與不同鹽度呈正相關外,其餘各組織與不同鹽度皆呈負相關;各組織皆與不同砷實驗濃度及曝露時間呈正相關。
使用Two-way ANOVA三變異分析不同砷實驗濃度、不同鹽度及蓄養時間對各組織砷排除試驗結果顯示,除了殼與不同鹽度呈負相關外,其餘各組織與不同鹽度皆呈正相關;除了鰓與蓄養時間呈正相關外,其餘各組織與蓄養時間皆呈負相關;各組織皆與不同砷實驗濃度呈正相關。
各處理組進行30天實驗後,各組織砷蓄積濃度百分比為: 殼(2041%)> 肝胰臟 (686%)> 肌肉 (298%)> 血淋巴 (194%)> 鰓 (73%),由蓄積百分比可看出殼蓄積量為最多,而鰓組織則不易蓄積;各處理組改換至無砷海水進行30天實驗後,各組織砷排除濃度百分比為: 肝胰臟(87%)> 殼 (75%)> 肌肉 (71%)> 血淋巴 (61%)> 鰓 (27%),由排除百分比可看出肝胰臟排除量為最多,而鰓組織則不易排除。
