摘要
近幾年來智慧型手機的成熟發展,已經深深的融入在人們的生活中,並且趨近成熟與飽和的狀態,使得越來越多的企業開始往穿戴式裝置發展,穿戴式裝置大致上包含眼鏡、手錶、手環、項鍊... 等等的智慧型設備,這些裝置都能夠主動蒐集人們的各項生活數據,藉由紀錄各項生理資訊,讓使用者更了解自己的身體狀況。
此外,近年健康慢活的生活觀逐漸盛行,越來越多人從事慢跑與自行車運動等,而從事此類運動時,特別需要使用穿戴式裝置來監控或紀錄身體在運動時的生理狀況,還有關於睡眠相關的數據,也是大眾想瞭解與關心的,目前最常見的穿戴式裝置為智慧手環,也因為人們需求而開始設計更為貼切的功能,備受市場矚目。
本研究主要以科技接受模式 (TAM) 為架構,延伸探討使用者的「知覺價值」、「同儕影響」、「知覺娛樂」、「知覺易用性」、「知覺有用性」、「態度」、「使用意願」各變數之間的關聯影響, 藉此了解使用者對智慧手環的使用意願。智慧手環,這種新興的數位產品或將成為未來的趨勢。因此,本研究將 知覺價值和知覺娛樂擴充至TAM裡,以探討影響穿戴裝置產品的使用意願的影響因素以及這些因素之間的關係。
本研究將以台灣地區三百位左右的便利性抽樣的受訪者在閱讀過智慧手環產品說明後進行問卷,使用量表收集意見之後,分析結果顯示,整體模型的預測能力除了「易用性」之外,其他的各個因子都有很好的解釋能力,如「有用性」、「知覺娛樂」、「知覺價值」可解釋45.1%「態度」;而「使用意願」同時可被「知覺娛樂」、「知覺價值」、「主觀規範」與「態度」解釋68.9%的結果。因解釋力都超過30%,表示本研究有極佳的結構模式,而且此模式對穿戴裝置的使用意願的解釋力良好。

Abstract
In recent years, the development of smart phones has been deeply blended into people’s daily lives and reached maturity state. Therefore, more companies develop wearable devices such as glasses, watches, bracelets, necklaces and so on. These devices are able to actively gather people’s living data. Based on the recording physiological information, it allows users to understand their physical condition.
Additionally, since the healthy and slow living concept are getting popular, more people are going for sports like jogging and cycling. People would particularly need to use the wearable devices to monitor and record the physiological condition while doing these kinds of sports. The information related to sleep would also been concerned. Currently, the most modal wearable device would be smart bands, which are warmly greeted by the market due to the more proper functions designed for meeting demands.
The main structure of this study is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Extending and discussing the relation between the variables of the user’s “Perceived Value”, “Peer Influence”, “Perceived Playfulness”, “Perceived Ease of Use”, “Perceived Usefulness”, “Attitude” and “Intention”, to realize the user’s intention of smart band through above. Smart band, this kind of digital products may become the future trend. Hence, this study would expand “Perceived Value” and “Perceived Playfulness” to TAM, for researching the factors that would influence user’s usage intention of adopting wearable devices products and the relation between these factors.
This study would target at around three hundred random sampling survey responses. They would fill out the questionnaire after reading the product description of the smart band. Use measuring scale to collect the related information of the aspects, and the results show that most of the factors of the whole forecasting models can be well explained, except “Perceived Ease of Use”. Such as “Perceived Usefulness”, “Perceived Playfulness” and “Perceived Value” can explain 45.1% of “Attitude”. Meanwhile, “Intention” could be 68.9% explained by “Perceived Playfulness”, “Perceived Value”, “Subjective Norm” and “Attitude”. Since both of the explanation already over 30%, that means this study have excellent structural model, and this model also have good explanation to the wearable device.
