本研究是有關使用膺復治療時的應力分析,特別是指植體與軟組織支持之覆蓋假牙(implant-soft tissue retainted overdenture)的情形。吾人以偏光彈性應力分析法,探討套環式(O-ring type)和磁性式(Magnetic type)兩種不同型式的突凸形(stud type)連接體,在不同條件的模擬咬合力量下,其植體骨質介面的應力分佈情形。將偏光彈性材料製成與人體下顎骨相似的牙弓模型,接著植入植體以及 安裝連接體和覆蓋義齒,將完成的模型置於施力架下,並置於圓偏光系統中檢驗,數種不同大小及方向(垂直,傾斜)的負荷將加在義齒的四個不同位置上(43,46,33,36),以模擬咀嚼的各種可能受力情形。最後分析實驗所得的光彈條紋圖,以得到植體支持覆蓋義齒在不同連接體連接下,其植體周圍的應力分佈情形。實驗結果顯示光彈模型能成功的反應牙弓的應力分佈。當負荷作用的位置是在植體上方時(43,33位置),磁性式連接體假牙植體附近會有較大應力產生,當負荷作用的位置遠離植體時(46,36位置),則套環式連接體假牙植體附近會有較大應力產生。
This thesis deals with the stress analysis on the prosthetics . Especially,implant-soft tissue retainted overdenture. Photoelasticity will be used to analyze two kinds of stud type attachment ,one is O-ring attachment and the other is magnetic attachment. Various loading conditions are applied to the overdenture,and the stress distribution near the implant is studied. Photoelastic birefringent material will be used to model the mandible. True size implant,attachment,and overdenture are setup to the model ,and exposed in a circularly polariscope system. Vertical and oblique occlusal force from 98.1 to 294.3N will be applied to the four location(43,46,33,36). Finally the result of photoelasticity pattern is analyzed to compared with each other between O-ring attachment and Magnetic attachment. The experiment shows that photoelasticity model reveals the stress in mandible successfully.When load is applied upon the implant(43,33),magnetic attachment type has much more stress than that of O-ring attachment type. When load is applied far away from the implant(46,36),O-ring attachment type has much more stress than that of Magnetic attachment type.
