貝多芬對古典音樂的貢獻非常大,且他的三十二首奏鳴曲被冠上鋼琴的「新約聖經」的美稱,不管簡單的動機變化、速度運用或是節奏安排,都能展現出貝多芬對於各種情緒表達的強烈訴求,筆者試著透過分析貝多芬早期的第八號鋼琴奏鳴曲「作品十三」《悲愴》來了解貝多芬的樂曲風格與創作特色。本文探討貝多芬(Ludwig van Beethoven,1770-1827)的作品十三《悲愴》鋼琴奏鳴曲。貝多芬奠定了奏鳴曲的固定曲式,其中更能看到他獨有的創作手法以及對音樂獨樹一格的見解。此作品《悲愴》是第一首由他本人親自寫上標題的作品,也是他早期創作中最重要的一首,因此筆者將以樂曲分析和詮釋演奏探討其作品。全論文共五個章節,第一章為緒論,說明研究方法和動機,以及如何運用資料,第二章為貝多芬的生平和簡介,以及貝多芬各時期奏鳴曲的風格,第三章為分析作品十三《悲愴》鋼琴奏鳴曲,並透過段落分析來了解整首曲子的脈絡與結構,第四章為研究生對於整首曲子了解去詮釋與解析,第五章為貝多芬生平、奏鳴曲風格樂曲分析與詮釋演奏做總結並將各個論點做出結語。

Beethoven's contribution to classical music is very great, and his thirty-two sonatas are dubbed the "New Testament" for piano. No matter the simple change of
motive, the use of speed or the arrangement of rhythm, they can all show Beethoven's understanding of the strong appeal of various emotional expressions, the author tries to understand Beethoven's musical style and creative characteristics by analyzing Beethoven's early piano sonata No. 8 Opus 13 “Pathetique”.
This article discusses Beethoven's (Ludwig van Beethoven, 1770-1827) Opus 13 “Pathetique” piano sonata. Beethoven established the fixed form of the sonata, in
which he can see his unique creative techniques and unique insights into music. This work “Pathetique” is the first work that he wrote the title by himself, and it is also the most important one in his early creations. Therefore, the author will discuss his work through musical analysis and interpretation performance.
The whole thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the research methods and motivations, and how to use the materials.
The second chapter is about Beethoven's life and brief introduction, as well as the style of Beethoven's sonatas in various periods. The third chapter is an analysis of the piano sonata “Pathetique”, and through the analysis of paragraphs to understand the context and structure of the whole piece. The fourth chapter is for graduate students to understand and interpret and analyze the whole piece, and the fifth chapter is interpreting the performance to summarize and make the conclusion.
