This thesis uses USB Type-C connector and USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) protocol to design an bi-directional fast charging system for power supply and power receiving via USB (Universal Serial Bus) cable, including computer connection as charging process monitoring and charging. Voltage, charging current and battery temperature detection, the charging system is connected to the computer monitoring interface through RS232, and the charging monitoring interface is designed by LabVIEW. It can read the charging status to the charging system and be responsible for voltage, current and temperature rise data collection. And protect against over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature conditions, resulting in battery damage. In order to break the charging limit of traditional USB charging, increase the charging voltage, reduce the charging current and increase the charging power. Improve the voltage drop and heat generation of the USB cable and connector by high-voltage charging mode, and improve the internal charging efficiency of the mobile phone and speed up the charging.
