Continuous stirred polymerization reactor is a complex system in chemical engineering.The main reason comes from the strong nonlinearity of system itself. Also, the phenomena of multiplicity exist in the system. In this paper, we discussed three continuous stirred polymerization reactor systems in series. We should use the optimization method to find the optimal operating conditions and analysis the phenomena of multiplicity. Recently, the global linearization control theory is employed to nonlinear control system design to solve the problem of chemical reactor. There are still some limitations in the application of global linearization control theory . Therefore, I have found a decoupling compensator combined with global linearization structure. The developed control methodology is applied to three continuous stirred polymerization reactors in series and its performance is evaluated through simulations. Then we can control the final products as required specification
