《巡禮之年》是李斯特早期眾多作品中極具內容與個人思想的代表作，而〈奧伯曼山谷〉是在第一年「瑞士」中富有重大意義的作品。從此首作品中，可以充分體會到李斯特的作品除了擁有高超的技巧外，就其內容也擁有錯綜複雜的情感與內涵，更加印證了他在鋼琴作品的演進上的重要性與貢獻。

本篇書面詮釋報告包含三個章節、結語、參考書目與三個附錄。第一章概述李斯特的生平及其鋼琴音樂；第二章對《巡禮之年》作簡單的介紹，而筆者在此只選擇《巡禮之年》第一年「瑞士」的創作歷史與內容進行探討；第三章為本篇書面詮釋報告之重點，就創作背景、基本架構與技巧使用方面，討論〈奧伯曼山谷〉最後附上《巡禮之年》與《旅行者曲集》之曲目順序名稱、2007 年 6 月 3 日畢業演奏會節目表與樂曲解說。
