臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性、滿意度與通勤影響學習投入之相關因素，研究目的在瞭解大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性、滿意度與通勤影響學習投入的現況，以及個人背景、學校類型在學習需求重要性、滿意度與通勤影響學習投入的差異情形，並依據研究結果提出相關建議。研究範圍以台北縣市二十所大學校院通勤生為樣本，研究方法採用問卷調查法，以「大學校院通勤生學習需求與學習投入影響調查問卷」為研究工具，共發出1000份問卷，有效問卷775份。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、典型相關等方法進行統計分析。本研究之主要研究問題為：
一、大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性與學習需求滿意度之情況為何？
二、大學校院通勤生通勤影響學習投入之情況為何？
三、大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性與滿意度是否因個人背景而有差異？
四、大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性與滿意度是否因學校類型而有差異？
五、大學校院通勤生通勤影響學習投入是否因個人背景而有差異？
六、大學校院通勤生通勤影響學習投入是否因個人學校類型而有差異？
七、大學校院通勤生學習需求重要性、滿意度與通勤影響學習投入的關係如何？
茲將研究結果說明如下：
一、台北縣市二十所大學校院通勤生對各項「學習需求重要性」普遍認同度高，而對各項「學習需求滿意度」則普遍呈現不甚滿意之情形，其中「學校重視與支持」、「行政與設備」是重要性最高、滿意度最低的兩個面向。
二、台北縣市二十所大學校院通勤生在「課業學習」以及「課外活動參與」兩方面的學習投入受通勤之影響較大。
三、台北縣市二十所大學校院中，不同性別、日夜（進修推廣）間部、年級、主修領域、工作狀況、住宿狀況、通勤時間、通勤方式、學校類型之通勤生在「學習需求重要性」有顯著差異，不同年齡、社經背景則無顯著差異；不同性別、日夜（進修推廣）間部、年級、主修領域、工作狀況、通勤時間、學校類型之通勤生在「學習需求滿意度」有顯著差異，不同年齡、住宿狀況、通勤方式、社經背景則無顯著差異。
四、台北縣市二十所大學校院中，不同性別、日夜（進修推廣）間部、主修領域、通勤時間、通勤方式、學校類型之通勤生在「學習投入影響」有顯著差異，不同年齡、年級、工作狀況、住宿狀況、社經背景則無顯著差異。
五、學校類型當中，私立大學通勤生是對各項學習需求最為重視、最不滿意，且學習投入影響較多的一類。
六、台北縣市二十所大學校院通勤生個人背景變項中，「性別」、「年級」、「主修領域」及「通勤方式」等變項較能解釋「學習需求重要性」，「年級」、「主修領域」及「通勤時間」等變項較能解釋「學習需求滿意度」，而「通勤時間」、「主修領域」及「通勤方式」等與變項較能解釋「學習投入影響」。
七、學校類型對大學校院通勤生「學習需求重要性」之「行政與設備」較有解釋力，對「學習需求滿意度」之「行政與設備」及「學校重視與支持」較有解釋力，而對「學習投入影響」之「課外活動參與」較具解釋力。
八、台北縣市二十所大學校院通勤生之「學習需求重要性」、「學習需求滿意度」與「學習投入影響」間有典型相關存在。
本研究最後依據研究發現與結論提出對教育主管機關、大學校院學生事務實務工作及進一步研究之建議。
