The economic environment in today's world is full of competition and uncertainty. Through the case analysis of FE company, how to maintain the competitiveness when purchase in the industrial operation process, so that companies can have better response to the rapidly changing market. How to integrate the upstream supplier management into the business strategic decision management is the starting point of the main motivation. With the continuous development of supply chain management, the purchasing decision prospective under the supply chain management environment is analyzed and explored.
The research in the study is mainly conducted with the "Case Study Method" in the "Qualitative Research Method" on the current situation and development process of the case, and uses three methods to collect relevant data for analysis, understand the crux of the problem, and then try to form suggestions and bring forwards future research directions.
Through participating in the observations, literature applications and data in the archival records, purchasing decisions and supply chain management can be divided into internal governance and external management perspective. In order to analyze the KPI of the organization, internal governance perspective needs to include company innovation and reformation, execution report and BSC performance analysis, process improvement and perspective optimization, VECD value engineering. The external business perspective includes supplier management, purchasing mode transformation and breakthrough, purchasing negotiation skills sublimation and decision analysis research of the supplier evaluation system.
According to the results of researching the case of 50-year-old Company, we offer companies with systematic thinking regarding purchasing, allow the company to re-examine the value of strategic purchasing, and also develop professional expertise through diverse view points of analyzing of the supplier evaluation system, and enhance the power for objective and correct judgment from an organizational perspective to evaluate the decision and supply chain management under purchasing.
