製程能力指標(process capability index)為製程品質之ㄧ種量化,為品質管制之重要參考依據,通常Cpm之檢定用最大概似估計式為檢定統計量,本文另提出Cpm之一般概似函數比檢定,因理論推導不易,故本文將用計算機模擬方式討論此二檢定。
Process capability indices quantify the quality of productionprocess based which decisions can be made for quality control. In this paper, we present generalized ratio test for Cpm and make comparisons with traditional test based on maximum likelihood estimators. Since theoretical comparisons are difficult, we make comparisons by computer simulations.
