本論文研究之目的,在於了解職場中的人們,其組織信任與心理安全知覺、組織承諾及工作涉入之關連,並檢視心理安全知覺之中介效果,作為組織管理之參考。
本研究採用問卷調查法,共發出300份個人問卷,有效問卷為300份,利用SPSS統計軟體,進行描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、變異數分析與迴歸分析來驗證本研究之假設。
本研究結果顯示:
一、組織信任對心理安全知覺具有正向影響。
二、組織信任對組織承諾具有正向影響。
三、組織信任對工作涉入具有正向影響。
四、心理安全知覺於組織信任與組織承諾間,具中介效果。
五、心理安全知覺於組織信任與工作涉入間,不具中介效果。

This study was conducted to understand the correlation among organization trust, psychological safety, organizational commitment and job involvement of people in the workplace and to examine the mediating effects of psychological safety. The results will be the reference to organizational management.
This study adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires, 300 questionnaires were distributed and 300 effective ones were returned, SPSS was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this study.
The results of this study are shown as follows:
1.There are positive influences on organization trust and psychological safety.
2.There are positive influences on organization trust and organizational commitment.
3.There are positive influences on organization trust and job involvement.
4.Psychological safety has mediating effect between organization trust and organizational commitment.
5.Psychological safety has no mediating effect between organization trust and job involvement.
