在打擊樂裡樂器種類涵蓋非常多，只要是能拍打發出聲音都是屬於打擊樂的一部分。在現今出現了一種不是用鼓皮發出的聲音，而是敲擊在木質上發出類似鼓面的聲音，這樂器叫做木箱鼓。至今木箱鼓發展越來越廣泛，它的聲音跟爵士鼓很相似，盡可能模仿爵士鼓的音色，不只可以一人獨奏，也可以合奏，甚至可以搭配鋼琴、小提琴、薩克斯風、烏克麗麗等等樂器來伴奏。因此筆者希望藉由研究木箱鼓，讓筆者和更多對於木箱鼓有興趣的人能更了解木箱鼓的歷史背景、發展、種類、節奏的運用、及筆者對木箱鼓的經驗分享。

There are many types of instruments in percussion, as long as they can be tapped and sounded, they are part of percussion. Nowadays, there is a sound that is not made with the drum skin, but a sound that resembles a drumhead on the wood. This instrument is called cajon. The cajon has been developed more and more widely. Its sound is very similar to that of the jazz drum. It tries to imitate the sound of the drumset. It can be used for solo or ensemble. It can even be used with piano, violin, saxophone, and uklele. Wait for the instrument to accompany. Therefore, the author hopes that by studying the cajon, the author and more people interested in the cajon can understand the historical background, development, types, rhythm of the cajon, and the author's experience sharing on the cajon.
