臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

「社團」，讓高中校園的風景變得不一樣，也讓高中生的學習探索變得更多元。台北市立建國中學擁有將近100個學生社團，多元又各具特色。而建中樂旗隊便是一個具有校隊性質的美式行進樂隊社團。其中，人稱咩教練的范家銘先生，則是連續帶領建中樂旗隊18年，且不斷精進追求「臻於完美、止於至善」的靈魂人物。
本創作論述是透過攝影鏡頭的觀察，紀錄這群建中生在加入樂旗隊之後，在咩教練的帶領之下，學生們、甚至是參與建中樂旗隊後援會的家長們，在過程裡的成長、改變與收穫。並期望從中窺探現行教育體制對學生的影響，時間管理跟學習成效的關聯性，以及社團對團隊凝聚力、參與體驗的重要性。

"Societies" make the scenery of the high school campus different and make the study and exploration of high school students more diverse. Taipei Municipal Chien Kuo High School has nearly 100 student clubs, which are diverse and unique. The Chien Kuo High School Marching Band is an American marching band with the nature of a school team. Among them, Mr. Fan Jiaming, who is known as the coach of Damien, is a soul figure who has led the Chien Kuo High School Marching Band for 18 years and has been constantly pursuing " Approach to Perfection, Aim at Absolute Perfection ".
This creation essay is based on the observation of the camera lens, and records that after joining the Chien Kuo High School Marching Band, under the leadership of coach Damien, the students and even the parents who participated in the Chien Kuo High School Marching Band support club were in the process Growth, change and harvest. I hope to see the impact of the current education system on students, the relationship between time management and learning effectiveness, and the importance of clubs for team cohesion and participation experience.
