心血管疾病(Cardiovascular Diseases, CVD)是目前導致人類死亡的首要原因,故評估自我罹患心血管疾病的風險就顯得相當重要。傳統健康照護系統均以醫院的專業人員為主要的使用者,對一般民眾而言,要取得風險因子的相關參數資料非常不容易,使得一般民眾在評估心血管疾病風險時,無法方便取得足夠的資訊來完成風險評估,並進一步的預防罹患心血管疾病。本研究的目的提出一個以服務導向架構(Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA)為基礎的心血管監控平台,整合異質性系統的服務。此系統建置於網際網路上,一般民眾在家中使用瀏覽器即可使用本系統,我們利用網路服務(Web service)、時戳(Timestamp)記錄與病歷交互參照(Patient Identifier Cross-referencing, PIX)等技術取得病患最新的風險因子數值,經由心血管疾病風險評估實證的Framingham公式計算後,即得到自我心血管疾病的風險值,不必再前往醫院經由醫生的協助計算風險值。本論文探討一般醫療院所提供網路服務的可行方式,共包含兩個部分,第一部分為網路服務的提供與產生,第二部分為訊息於網路傳遞的安全性。在本研究的最後,為了評估本系統性能與單一網路服務的品質,將使用幾種在網路服務品質中常見的屬性,並定義計算的公式與實現的可行方法。
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a primary reason for human death over the last decade. Therefore, the user friendly and useful software tool for assessing cardiovascular disease risk appears quite important for people. However, the current proposed assessment systems are unfriendly for people because the risk calculation relies on users to type-in the values of the risk factors by themselves. In general, the users are inconvenient to obtain the sufficient information from the various medical institutes to complete the risk assessment. In this thesis, we propose a service-oriented architecture (SOA) approach to facilitating the assessment and monitoring CVD risk activities for people. In the assessment phase, the patient’s data are released from hospitals or clinics by the trusted web services. We develop a web service generation tool for the heterogeneous hospital information systems use. A patient identity exchange (PIX) mechanism is adapted to consistent patient’s identity in different medical database. The CVD risk assessment formula is based on the Framingham heart study. On the other hand, in the monitoring phase, individual risk factor or entire risk variations are represented as the variation curves. The proposed system provides user an easy access and management health information. A simply evaluation model of quality of services attributes, such as safety, availability and reliability are also discussed.
