目的:老化是一種自然現象,也是每個人都會經歷的過程,隨著年齡的增長,身體機能也跟著逐漸退化,尤其是肌肉量、肌肉力量逐漸流失,同時影響著身體的活動量,因肌力不斷下降,導致跌倒的機率與死亡的風險隨著增加。為了預防肌肉量流失與減少,需介入肌力運動的訓練,來改善將要邁入中老年人的肌肉量,並維持及加強肌肉量及強化肌力。因此,本研究目的以樂齡大學來實施9週肌力運動訓練對身體組成的差異情形。研究對象為基隆市某大學的樂齡大學學員共二期,年齡為55-80之間,每期訓練時間為9週,每週2次,每次90分鐘,參加一期並完成前後測人數為44名,男性6名,女性38名,參加兩期並完成前後測的人數為27人,男性6人,女性21人,兩期共有71人,研究方法:介入肌力運動,運用身體組成分析儀(In-Body 230)來檢測身體的肌肉量,檢測握力以代表上肢肌力,測六公尺行走代表下肢肌力,開始進行9週肌力運動訓練,9週訓練結束後,再以同樣的方式進行後測,最後將檢測資料以成對樣本t檢定進行分析,來比較前測與後測的差異。研究結果:在肌力運動介入後對中老年人的握力 是有顯著性的(p<0.05),其他項目都有進步,但都未達到顯著(p>0.05)。結論:肌力運動訓練對中老年人的肌力跟身體組成是有幫助的,雖然未達到顯著性,若加強訓練時間跟強度,效果應該會更加明顯。
Purpose: Aging is a natural phenomenon. It's also a process everyone will go through. As the age grows, the body's functions gradually degenerate. Especially muscle mass and muscle strength gradually lost. At the same time affects the amount of physical activity, and increase the risk of falls and the probability of death because of declining muscle strength. In order to prevent the loss and reduction of muscle mass, it is necessary to intervene in muscle strength exercise to improve the maintenance, strengthening of muscle mass and strengthen muscle strength for middle-aged and elderly people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the difference body composition after the 9-week muscle exercise training in Le-Lin university students. The subjects of the study are Le-Lin university students from Keelung City. There are three sessions, aged between 55-80, each session lasts for 9 weeks, 2 times a week, 90 minutes each time. The number of participants in one semester was 44, 6 were men and 38 were women, the number of participants in the two semesters was 27, 6 were men and 21 were women, and there were 71 students in the two semesters. Research method: Intervene in muscle strength
exercise, using the body composition meter (In-Body 230) to measure the muscle mass of the body, measure the grip strength to represent the muscle strength of the upper limbs, measure the muscle strength of the lower limbs by walking six meters, and start the muscle strength for 9 weeks. After 9 weeks of training, the post-test is performed in the same way. Finally, the test data is analyzed by paired sample t test to compare the difference between the pre-test and the post-test. Research results: After the intervention of muscle exercise training program, the grip strength of middle-aged and elderly people is significant (p<0.05). Other items also have improved, but they have not reached significant (p>0.05). Conclusion: Muscle exercise training is helpful to the muscle strength and body composition of middle-aged and elderly people. Although it has not reached significance, if the training time and intensity are strengthened, the effect should be more obvious.
