本研究目的在於探討桌遊對於幼兒人際關係的影響。本研究採個案研究法。利用訪談、觀察等方式蒐集相關資料，並進行資料編碼與分析，以了解桌上遊戲活動對於幼兒園中班幼兒在人際關係方面的影響，最後撰寫出研究結果。
本研究之研究對象為新北某私立幼兒園一名中班幼兒，進行共 8 次，每次 40 分鐘的桌上遊戲活動。在實施活動的前後，對研究對象的家長以及老師進行訪談，而在活動過程中，全程以錄影、拍照的方式蒐集資料。透過多元的資料蒐集和分析，得出下列幾項研究結果:
一、學會輪流和等待。
二、學會使用語言表達和溝通的技巧。
三、學會遵守規則規範。
四、在挫折忍受能力方面進步不顯著。
五、在養成正向人格特質，建立自信心方面成效較不明顯。

The purpose of the research is to explore the influence of table games on childrens interpersonal relationships. This research took a case study method. In order to understand the impact of table game activities on the interpersonal relationships of the second-year children in the kindergartens, the researchers made use of methods of interviews and observations to gather relevant data and then conducted data coding and analyzing. In the end, they composed the results of this research.
The research object of this study was a second-year kid in a private kindergarten in New Taipei City. During the period of this study, table game activities were carried out eight times in total, and each time the activity lasted for forty minutes. Before and after the implementation of the activities, the researchers executed interviews with parents and teachers of the object. They also collected data by videotaping and photo taking throughout the course of the events. The following findings were concluded through multivariate data collection and analysis.
1. The advantages and notices of table games integrated into childrens interpersonal relationships
(1) The advantages of table games integrated into childrens group activities
a. It is helpful for children to build the ability to cooperate with others.
b. It enhances childrens ability to communicate with others through the verbal language.
(2) Notices
a. It is limited in terms of the number of participants and the range of activities.
b. It is important to select proper table games for the activities of pre-school children.
2. The impact of table games on childrens interpersonal relationships
(1) Learn how to take turns and wait.
(2) Learn how to utilize the skills of expression and communication
through the verbal language.
(3) Learn how to abide by rules and regulations.
(4) The improvement is not obvious in terms of frustration tolerance.
(5) It is less apparent in terms of the effectiveness of cultivating positive personality traits and building self-confidence.
