臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

許多企業導入ERP系統多年後，内部具許多有價值的資料，與高階主管執行決策息息相關，因此挖掘有價值的商業智慧(Business Intelligent, BI)，已成為目前企業重要的課題之一。本研究利用「設計科學研究法」(Design Science Research Methodology, DSRM)，並應用「商業智慧的資料塑模方法論」，透過資料蒐集、產出資料模型及資訊分析的方法與步驟，協助個案A公司建置商業智慧系統，解決物流運輸服務業所面臨的運輸管理和決策的問題，並驗證本研究建置商業智慧系統方法之可行性。
本研究藉由文獻探討及專業經理人訪談，利用平衡計分卡(BSC)分別在財務、顧客、內部流程、成長與學習等四個構面，彙整物流運輸服務業所需之績效目標與關鍵績效指標(KPI)。探討建置商業智慧系統時所對應之資料模型，並對實際建置程序加以說明，不僅對物流運輸服務業導入商業智慧系統的時間及成本皆可節省，亦有助於提升建置之成功率。若有其他運輸服務業欲建置商業智慧系統時，本研究之建置程序與關鍵績效指標(KPI)亦具參考價值。

After implementing ERP for many years, companies have accumulated many valuable data and information which are important for decision-making by senior executives. Therefore, mining valuable business intelligence has become one of the important issues for enterprises. Through the steps of data collection, output data model and information analysis, this study implement “Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM)” and “Business Intelligence Data Modeling Methodology” to assist case A company to establish a business intelligent system in order to solve the problems of transportation management and decision-making faced by the logistics transportation industry. In addition, we verify the feasibility of the methodology to build the business intelligence system.
Through literature discussion and expert interviews, the balanced scorecard (BSC) was adopted in this study to summarize the performance goals and key performance indicators (KPI) required by the logistics and transportation service industry in four aspects: finance, customers, internal processes, growth, and learning. This study explores the data model corresponding to the establishment of business intelligence systems and explains the actual construction process. It not only helps the cost savings and successful implementation of business intelligence systems in the logistics transportation service industry but also in other industries. We hope the experience of the construction procedures and key performance indicators offered by this study may provide a reference value for companies that interested in setting up a business intelligence system.
