醫檢儀器設備的維護與保養在提高醫療儀器設備的使用率、降低
醫院或維護廠商的運行成本，在提高醫院的經濟效益等方面有著重要
意義。
　　本文闡述了醫檢儀器設備維護的必要性和內容，並對醫檢儀器
設備維護保養的發展趨勢進行了展望，及如何正確處理醫檢儀器設備
維護保養與維修的關係。
　　醫學工程技術人員與設備維護廠商必須樹立以預防性維護保養為
主的意識和觀念，以主動的預防性維護保養取代故障發生後的被動維
修。做好日常的維護與保養工作，對貴重設備定期進行檢修，使醫檢
儀器設備始終保持最佳的技術狀態、減少醫檢儀器設備故障的發生、
延長其使用壽命、從而降低儀器設備的運行成本，提高儀器設備的綜
合效益。

The medical laboratory equipments were maintained in order to
improve the economic benefits of the hospital, and reduce
hospital and the manufacturers' running costs. This paper
describes the need and content for medical laboratory equipment
maintenance, and trends the prospect of medical laboratory
equipment maintenance, and how to properly handle the
relationship between the maintenance and the repair of medical
laboratory equipment. Medical engineering technicians and
equipment maintenance vendors must establish awareness and
concept-based on preventive maintenance. The passive repairs
can be avoided by the proactive and preventative maintenances.
By the routine and regular maintenance works that can keep the
valuable medical laboratory equipment operating in the best status,
and extending it's operative life time. On the other hand, it
reduces running costs and occurrences of failure. Finally, the
overall efficiency of the equipment will be improved.
