《初聲》是一部談論關於五十歲的女性，在面臨停滯慘澹的餘生後，突然生了一場發不出聲音的怪病，直到某一天她在市場遇見賣鮮奶的男人，兩人在互吐心事後產生曖昧情愫，而這個故事也像是童話寓言一般，主人翁要真誠勇敢面對自我，才能奪回自己的失去的聲音；這份追尋自我聲音的渴求，也正是筆者在碩士創作生涯階段的新篇章，以身為創作者內在自我覺察的方式，逐一檢視作者創作意圖中的內在動能，讓圍繞在筆者過去創作脈絡中的悲情宿命，嘗試積極編寫一篇不再自憐的創作抒寫，並期待以作品作為見證，爬梳作者與作品之間價值觀相互影響的化學效應。

《初聲》落筆在2019年，於2020年獲得109年度短片輔導金，製作期間碰到了疫情攪局而被迫延期，最終於2022年底製作完成順利播映，此篇論文將紀錄這段筆者歷經劇本主題反覆修改、與團隊間的創意發想，以及與演員的溝通討論，最後在拉長時間軸線後，重新省思筆者在決策過程中的失誤以及省思。

本論文共分成六章：

第一章：緒論，爬梳筆者過去創作脈絡，以及《初聲》創作構想。

第二章：文獻探討，針對本片創作主題探討「女性於社會角色中的束縛」、「社會框架中女性健康影響」、「女性認同危機與覺醒」，最後以相關電影作品作為研究參考對象。

第三章：創作說明，以五階段為時間軸線，逐一檢視劇本內在核心主題。

第四章：風格設定與表現策略，詳列作品預計採取視覺風格以及地景田野調查。

第五章：影片製作與執行，前期籌畫到拍攝過程與後製階段，爬梳創作過程。

第六章：放映與回饋，針對觀眾意見回饋，客觀檢視作品不足，以及針對全片製作過程缺失與導演意圖落差，進一步分析與檢討為總結。

THE VOICES is a film about a fifty-year-old woman who suddenly loses her voice after a stagnant and bleak life. One day, she meets a man selling fresh milk at the market, and they develop an ambiguous relationship after sharing their hearts. This story is also like a fairy tale fable, where the protagonist must face herself with sincerity and bravery to regain her lost voice. This desire to find one's voice is also a new chapter for the author during her creative career in her master's degree. Through introspective self-awareness as a creator, the author examines the intrinsic motivation behind the creative intention, attempting to actively write a piece that no longer indulges in self-pity, instead revolving around the tragic fate in the previous creative context of the author. The author hopes the film will serve as a witness, unraveling the chemical effects between the author and the values that influence the work.

The author began writing THE VOICES in 2019 and received the 109th Short Film Grant of the ROC Ministry of Culture in 2020. Due to the disruption caused by the pandemic, the production had to be postponed. It finally completed and successfully premiered at the end of 2022. This thesis will document the author's journey through the repeated revisions of the script's theme, creative brainstorming with the team, and communication and discussions with the actors. Last, it will reflect on the mistakes made by the author in the decision-making process after extending the timeline.

This thesis consists of six chapters:

Chapter 1 — Introduction: review the author's past creative context and the concept of THE VOICES.

Chapter 2 — Literature Review: explore the themes of "The Constraints of Women in Social Roles," "The Impact of Social Frameworks on Women's Health," and "Women's Identity Crisis and Awakening.” And list relevant films that are used as references for research.

Chapter 3 — The Creative Notion: examine the core themes of the script in five stages along a timeline.

Chapter 4 — Style design and performance strategies: provide detailed descriptions of the intended visual style and conduct landscape surveys.

Chapter 5 — Production and Execution: outline the planning, filming process, and post-production stages while examining the creative process.

Chapter 6 — Screening and Feedback: analyze audience feedback, evaluate the shortcomings of the work objectively, address the gaps between the overall production process and the director's intentions, and further analyze and review as a conclusion.
