在 2019 年,中國湖北省武漢市發現不明原因肺炎,武漢該病已知的首名病
人於 2019 年末被發現確診,隨後在 2020 年便迅速擴散至世界各國,於 2020 年
1 月 9 日公布其病原體為新型冠狀病毒,在新冠病毒肆虐之下,全球航空業之客
運業務急速縮減,進而導致航班數減少,在此情況下,多數航空從業人員面臨著
無薪假,甚至裁員的風險。再者,不論是空勤還是地勤人員,皆是面對病毒突變
種的第一線人員。故本研究在探討疫情之下,航空從業人員的工作不安全感來源
為何。
本研究採問卷調查方式進行,以國籍航空公司之空、地勤從業人員為調查對
象,編制「航空從業人員工作不安全感來源問卷」進行調查,蒐集的資料將以描
述性統計,獨立樣本 t 檢定,單構面變異數分析,迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析
與統計,本研究結果如下:
一、航空從業人員最主要工作不安全感來源為薪資構面
二、最不影響航空從業人員工作不安全之構面為家庭構面
三、性別對於航空從業人員工作不安全感來源有顯著性不同
四、年齡對於航空從業人員工作不安全感來源有顯著性不同
五、職務對於航空從業人員工作不安全感來源有顯著性不同
六、年資對於航空從業人員工作不安全感來源有顯著性不同
七、婚姻狀態對於航空從業人員工作不安全感來源有顯著性不同
最後,依據研究結果提出具體建議,供國內航空公司之主管、決策者,以及
相關研究學者做為參考。
In 2019, an unknown pneumonia and the first confirmed case was found in
Wuhan City, China. After that, in 2020, this pneumonia which is nominated as novel
coronavirus has rapidly spread to the whole world. Due to Covid-19, not only the
number of passengers from every airline company reduced at a high speed, but also
airline companies cancel many of their flights. In this tough situation, the employee of
aviation faces the problem of unpaid leave and even layoffs. In addition, air crew as
well as ground staffs are the first people to face coronavirus variant. Hence, this study
is going to analyze the source of job insecurity from the employee in aviation under
epidemic.
This study took the employee of Taiwanese airline companies as the research
objects. The questionnaire of “the source of job insecurity from the employee in
aviation under epidemic” was created. The collected data was analyzed by factor
analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis.
The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. The main source which causes job insecurity from the employee in aviation is
salary factor
2. The last important source which causes job insecurity from the employee in
aviation is family factor
3. The sources of job insecurity of employee in aviation from different sex are job
significant differences.
4. The sources of job insecurity of employee in aviation from different ages are job
significant differences.
5. The sources of job insecurity of employee in aviation from different job positions
are job significant differences.

6. The sources of job insecurity of employee in aviation from different job tenure are
significant differences.
7. The sources of job insecurity of employee in aviation from different Marital
Status are significant differences.
Finally, according to the results, this study provide specific suggestions for the
reference of administrative authorities, supervisors, administrators, and follow-up
researchers.
