頭皮與皮膚在組織學上有非常大的差異,因此探討養護頭皮流程,就需要對頭皮、皮膚、頭髮組織結構有所了解,本研究排除掉侵入性醫學治療及藥理治療,輔以即時監控之手錶穿戴裝置及血壓計,監控於進行精油頭皮養護過程之生理指標變異,透過頭皮養護流程設計,並依照不同屬性之頭皮狀態,去調配適合的頭皮養護精油,搭配手部按摩輔助,實證幫助頭皮及毛囊清潔、放鬆、光澤提升,且探討其對於改善頭皮健康、重建頭皮環境的效能之流程最適化。
本實驗分成兩個階段,實驗第一階段:於40名受試者中,針對六種頭皮屬性,利用頭皮檢測儀檢測、採樣及分類;所佔分別為油性頭皮30%、中性頭皮10%、乾性頭皮20%、敏感性頭皮20%、頭皮屑性頭皮15%、脂漏性頭皮5%。實驗第二階段:於40名受試者中,採樣六種頭皮屬性特徵明顯者,進行實驗操作,實驗分成:A對照組,B實驗組,另C組為延伸實驗組,為A組未使用精油但頭皮屬性特徵明顯者,分別為油性頭皮、乾性頭皮、敏感性頭皮、頭皮屑性頭皮等,採樣四名受試者進入B組進行實驗操作,目的為比較同一受試者有無使用精油,對其頭皮狀況及生理指標前後之差異。
由上述結果得知;實驗過程中歸納、整理出頭皮按摩的適用手法。但實驗過程中有無導入按摩技法,對於血壓及脈搏的影響有變化,但不顯著。本研究採用三款頭皮養護精油,分別為抗屑、油性、滋養等,對頭皮養護及清潔效果、提升頭皮光澤、提升頭皮彈性皆有效用,對其頭皮毛囊潔淨度有顯著效果,髮根的清爽蓬鬆感明顯提升。
從受試者頭皮清潔度實驗,所使用的頭皮養護精油,配方成分含有薄荷,皆有提神效果,頭皮清新放鬆程度增加,頭痛及緊繃不適感得到明顯的舒緩,但透過血壓計及手錶穿戴裝置量測出的生理指標影響不大,對應身心放鬆的程度,不如預期。操作過程中使用血壓計及手錶穿戴裝置,作為監控生理指標(血壓及脈搏)會因受測者的使用習慣,導致有所差異,其中以手錶穿戴裝置更為明顯。

The histology of the scalp and skin is very different. Therefore, to explore the process of scalp maintenance, it is necessary to understand the structure of the scalp, skin, and hair. This study excluded invasive medical treatments and pharmacological treatments, supplemented by immediate monitoring. Watch wearable devices and sphygmomanometers monitor the variation of physiological indicators in the scalp care process of essential oils. Through the design of scalp care process, and according to the scalp state of different attributes, appropriate scalp care essential oils are blended with hand massage assistance to help the scalp. And hair follicles are cleaned, relaxed, and shiny, and explored to optimize the process of improving scalp health and rebuilding the scalp environment.
This experiment is divided into two phases. The first phase of the experiment: In 40 subjects, the six scalp attributes were detected, sampled and classified by a scalp detector; the proportions were 30% for oily scalp and 10% for neutral scalp. , Dry scalp 20%, sensitive scalp 20%, dandruff scalp 15%, seborrheic scalp 5%. The second stage of the experiment: among 40 subjects, six samples with obvious scalp attributes were sampled for experimental operation. The experiment was divided into: A control group, B experimental group, the other C group was the extended experimental group, and the A group was not used Those with essential oils but with obvious scalp properties are oily scalp, dry scalp, sensitive scalp, dandruff scalp, etc.
Four subjects were sampled into group B for experimental operation, the purpose is to compare whether the same subject uses essential oils. The difference between its scalp condition and physiological indicators before and after.
According to the above results, the applicable methods of scalp massage were summarized and sorted out during the experiment. However, whether or not a massage technique was introduced during the experiment had changes in blood pressure and pulse, but it was not significant. This study uses three scalp care essential oils, namely anti-dandruff, oily, nourishing, etc., which are effective for scalp care and cleansing, enhance scalp luster, and enhance scalp elasticity. They have a significant effect on the cleansing of scalp follicles, The refreshing and fluffy feeling is obviously improved.
From the subjects-scalp cleanliness experiment, the scalp care essential oils used in the formula contain mint, which all have a refreshing effect. The scalp is refreshed and relaxed, and headaches and tightness and discomfort are significantly relieved, but they are worn through a sphygmomanometer and watch The physiological indicators measured by the device have little effect, and correspond to the degree of physical and mental relaxation, which is not as expected. The use of sphygmomanometers and watch-wearing devices during the operation as monitoring physiological indicators (blood pressure and pulse) will vary due to the use habits of the testees, and watch-wearing devices are more obvious.
