隨著物聯網概念興起,企業若想維持其在市場上之競爭優勢,思考如何發展新的創新策略或創新科技將勢在必行;若將物聯網概念運用在企業製程上,所可能創造出之結果將非常令人期待;因此,本研究將認知利益與資訊技術熟度等作為關鍵因素,來探討企業對IoT接受態度與IoT採用意圖的影響。本研究針對臺灣經濟研究院2016年之企業資料庫中,前800大資訊科技產業廠商為實證研究分析對象,以紙本問卷的方式進行樣本蒐集,回收241份有效問卷,並以SPSS 20.0及SmartPLS 3.0等統計軟體進行分析。實證結果發現,IoT接受態度在認知利益與IoT採用意圖、資訊技術成熟度與IoT採用意圖之間扮演著重要的中介角色。研究結果顯示運用製程物聯網的確能夠為企業帶來改善製程效率及提升產品品質,讓企業獲得更佳的利益。
With advances of Internet of Things, the traditional business model can not meet the needs of enterprises, if they want to maintain their competitive advantage in the market, open up new strategy such as open innovation or newtechnology innovation will be imperative. If using the concept of Internet of Things, which may create unlimited business opportunities on manufacturing process in supply chain. Therefore, this study will find out some critical factors which including preceived benefits and information technology maturityto explore the effect of IoT accept attitude and IoT intention to useforenterprises. This empirical study targets to The 2016 Inc.800 forthe information technology manufactures in Taiwan, conducted paper questionnaires with 241 valid questionnaires, and analyzed them by SPSS 20.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. The empirical result finds preceived benefits, information technology and IoT accept attitude are significant positive influence onIoT intention to use. Moreover, IoT accept attitude is not only the mediating effect of preceived benefits and IoT intention to use, but also the mediating effect of information technology maturity and IoT intention to use. The results show that it can attract attention to enterprises, through the technology of Internet of Things to improve the efficiency of manufacturing process and promote the quality of products.
