The purpose of this study is to explore the integration of the Philosophy for Children Hawaii Approach to Teaching Mandarin to Second-Grade Elementary School Students, and to understand the learning process and situation of students and teachers in the curriculum. The researchers used the analysis of the classroom to discuss the verbatim draft and the self-examination table written by each student after inquiry in the course, supplemented by the research of the research process of the researcher and the thoughts of writing the paper. The important findings of the study are presented as follows: first, the implementation process of the Philosophy for Children Hawaii Approach into the Mandarin course is to use the Plain Vanilla inquiry model proposed by Jackson (2001), which includes five steps of read, question, vote, inquiry and evaluation. Second, from the implementation of the Philosophy for Children Hawaii Approach, the second-grade students' ability in the children's philosophy course (thinking ability, speaking ability, listening ability) is improved, and the second-grade students can integrate into the group in the children's philosophy course and find fun. At the same time, second-grade students can link past experiences in children's philosophy courses and use association and creativity to answer questions. Third, the difficulties in the integration of the Philosophy for Children Hawaii Approach into the Mandarin curriculum include "the number of people in the group's inquiry and the quality of the discussion of the age", "the imbalance between listening and speaking in group inquiry", and "the discussion of group inquiry is superficial." , "Silent people in group inquiry", "Student is susceptible to peers", etc. Fourth, after the teacher's teaching, the guide is the key to the implementation of the children's philosophy curriculum, the children's philosophy pre-course helps students to enter the group to explore the situation, the children's philosophy curriculum has a positive impact on the teaching of the teacher, the children's philosophy can used in other courses.
