　　電子病歷的各種運用發展已經為醫療院所及病患帶來相當大的益處。標準化病歷格式如醫療資訊交換標準第七層(HL7 , Health Level Seven)及文件格式如延伸式標籤語言(XML , eXtensible Mark-up Language)的應用輔以電子簽章法案的通過以保證電子資料的合法性，更使電子病歷的應用範圍不在局限於醫療院所之內，而是經由網際網路的延伸到達不同醫療院所、健保藥局、轉診中心、健保機構及投保單位等。

　　XML單純而言只是一份文件定義和資料內容的應用，相當適合應用於電子病歷之上，但是對於醫療院所的診間系統使用者如醫生、護士而言，XML文件的顯示方式無法如HTML般方便與多元化，此時則需將XSL與HL7/XML電子病歷一起整合應用，藉由XSL文件的結合使得HL7/XML電子病歷的表現方式更加的友善。

　　本文有二個重點：(1)傳統HL7電子病歷訊息如何轉換成HL7/XML電子病歷。(2)將HL7/XML電子病歷與其相關技術(DOM、Schema及XLink)整合，將醫療影像帶入電子病歷中，並輔以可延伸樣式語言(XSL , eXtensible Stylesheet Language)使得產生一份HL7/XML文件即能共用於各不同使用單位。期望達到簡化病歷產生流程並保持電子病歷的一致性及網路散播的即時性。

　　The application of CPR(Computerized Patient Record) have persuaded hospitals and patients with lots of benefits. However, the introduction of HL7(Health Level Seven) is used for the standard format of the medical records, which the XML(eXtensible Mark-up Language) is applied for presenting the standard document formats. They enable more application with internet communication technology for all healthcare providers including hospitals、physicians、insurance organization、pharmacies、physical examination center and government healthcare authorities. In the paper, we emphasized on the integration of HL7、XML and some related technologies such as schema、DOM(Document of Module) and Xlink.

　　XML is suit to CPR for it is an application of documents definition and data statement . However, XML is not convenient and diversification as HTML to hospital’s client system user, so there is necessary to integrate XSL and HL7/XML CPR to make the interface friendly.

　　The major tanks will be aimed at (1) The transformation from HL7 CPR message to HL7/XML computerized patient records. (2) The integration for medical image to CPR using XSL(eXtensible Stylesheet Language) to produce the reports for different department requirements and studies from an HL7/XML document. It is expected to simplify the procedure for producing medical reports. Meanwhile, it will be kept the consistency of CPR and spread the patient records to those who need on real time by web-based network.
