「鄭竣佑聲樂獨唱會－清唱劇與詩篇」以宗教相關的歌曲為曲目規劃理念，精心策劃了六組聖樂作品，曲目涵蓋巴洛克時期至美國當代之聲樂作品，其中包含一部德文清唱劇、一部英文清唱劇、一首德意志小清唱劇、一首德文詩篇，以及一組英文聲樂套曲和法文聲樂套曲，共計18首聖樂作品。

《鄭竣佑聲樂獨唱會》上半場以德文作品為主，由歡騰的清唱劇《我知我的救主活著》（Ich weiß, daß mein Erlöser lebt）為音樂會揭開序幕。此清唱劇為復活節第一天所演唱，旨在慶祝主耶穌從死裡復活，賜福予信徒；第二組曲目是莫札特為共濟會所寫的一首德意志小清唱劇《你們尊貴的眾多宇宙創造者》（Die ihr des unermesslichen Weltalls Schöpfer ehrt），莫札特將共濟會對理想烏托邦的期盼寄託於曲中；第三首《詩篇23》（Psalm23, S. 15）為李斯特的經典作品，曲中可窺見李斯特將交響詩創作手法融入其中，賦予這篇廣為人知的「詩篇23」獨到的作曲構思。

下半場以歐內格《三首詩篇》（Trois Psaumes）開場，樂曲中運用文藝復興時期的詩歌作為定旋律，並採用了復格以及卡農等早期的創作手法，並融合個人的風格，以詩篇為歌詞創作出藝術歌曲；第二組作品為羅倫的《聖歌曲集》（Cycle of Holy Songs），此套曲由四首歌曲構成，同樣以詩篇內容為歌詞。前三首採用同一段旋律，營造出三首歌曲的連貫性，並在每一首加入不一樣的音樂元素，以表達不同的詩篇所需要的情感，最後一首〈詩篇150〉，做為整個詩篇的收尾，以光輝壯麗的音樂，唱出光榮的讚美主，為《聖歌曲集》劃下華麗的句點；音樂會壓軸的最後一組卡特《清唱劇》（Cantata）不同於傳統的清唱劇形式，而是以獨唱形式創作，樂曲將黑人靈歌及爵士元素融入其中，再加以改編與融合。

在浩瀚的聲樂作品文獻中，筆者對稀有的作品情有獨鍾，熱衷於研究極少被演出的作品，經過大規模的搜索，發掘出這些國內極少被研究及演唱的作品，希冀能為國內的聲樂作品研究盡綿薄之力。本場音樂會以宗教歌曲為主題，風格從古典傳統的德奧經典至當代多元的法美風情，讓聽眾感受宗教作品在不同時代和不同國度中的風格轉換，並感受不同作曲元素與歌詞之間的激盪和交融。

"Jun-You Zheng Vocal Recital-Cantata and Psalm". centers on religious-themed repertoire, featuring six meticulously curated sets of sacred music. Spanning from the Baroque period to contemporary American works, the program includes 18 pieces: a German Cantata, an English Cantata, a Little German cantata, a German psalm, an English song cycle, and a French song cycle.

The first half of the recital showcases German works,beginning with Bach’s jubilant Cantata "Ich weiß, daß mein Erlöser lebt", traditionally performed on Easter Sunday to celebrate Christ’s resurrection. This is followed by Mozart’s "Die ihr des unermesslichen Weltalls Schöpfer ehrt", a Little German Cantata reflecting Masonic ideals of utopia. Liszt’s Psalm 23, S. 15 concludes the half, blending his symphonic techniques with the widely revered Psalm 23 to create a unique musical interpretation.

The second half opens with Honegger’s "Trois Psaumes",an artistic blend of Renaissance chorale melodies, contrapuntal techniques, and the composer’s personal stylistic elements. Next is Rorem’s "Cycle of Holy Songs", a four-song cycle based on the Psalms. The first three songs share a recurring motif, lending them an overall coherence and the composer employs varied musical elements to express distinct emotions. The final piece, Psalm 150, brings the cycle to a majestic conclusion, offering resounding praise to the Lord. The program closes with Carter’s Cantata, a solo vocal work that diverges from traditional oratorio forms. Incorporating African American spirituals and jazz influences, Carter’s work reimagines sacred music with modern textures and vibrant energy.

Driven by a passion for rare and underperformed repertoire, the performer conducted extensive research to uncover these lesser-known works, which remain underrepresented in Taiwanese vocal music studies. This recital highlights the evolution of religious music across time and geography, inviting the audience to experience the dynamic interplay between diverse compositional styles and poetic texts. By presenting a repertoire ranging from classical German-Austrian traditions to contemporary French and American pieces, the recital contributes meaningfully to the study and performance of sacred vocal music in Taiwan.
