本研究旨在探討復原力對個人離婚後適應之影響，研究採用質化研究的深度訪談法收集資料，共訪談六位離婚者並針對訪談結果進行分析。分析結果先分別呈現每位受訪者的適應故事與影響適應的復原力因子，接著找出復原力因子在適應過程中扮演的角色，並歸納六位受訪者之共同點與相異點，最後列出受訪者給其他離婚者和助人工作者的建議。研究結果發現如下：
一、復原力有助於離婚後個人適應。面對離婚事件帶來的混亂與情緒波動，復原力具有加速離婚者生活適應與重新獲得生活掌控感的功能，此外，具復原力的離婚者在經歷離婚事件後，對自我更加認識且珍惜目前生活。
二、有助於離婚後適應的復原力因子包括：個人特質、社會支持網絡、正向認知、社會因應技巧、原生家庭的支持、處理情緒的能力、宗教等七大類。
三、復原力在離婚後個人適應過程中，扮演著支持、提昇幸福感、催化、穩定、注入希望等五大角色。
　　研究者針對前述的研究結果加以討論，並提出若干建議作為諮商實務工作者、面臨離婚事件之個人，與未來研究的參考依據。

The purpose of this research was to explore the effects of the resilience on the person who divorced. Using qualitative research method with in-depth interview for data collection. After interviewing six divorces, the results showed adjustment stories, the effect of resilience factors on the divorced adjustment respectively. Then finding the resilience’s role in the process of divorced adjustment. These interview data were summed up in similarities and differences. In the end, researcher lists some suggestions for other divorces and counselors. The major outcome are summarized as following:
1.Resilience can help people to improve the adjustment after divorce. To confront the disruptive and emotionally draining process after divorce, resiliency can assist divorce in life adjustment and recover life control quickly. Furthermore, the person with resiliency was more self-understand and treasure present life after divorce.
2.There are seven kinds of resilience that can help people to adjust after divorce. They are personal characteristics, social support networks, positive cognitive, social coping skills, original family support, skills for deal with emotion and religion.
3.Resilience played the role of support, advance well-being, catalysis, steady, and implant hope in the adjustment process after divorce.
According to the result of this study, the researcher provides some proposal to the counselors, the person who divorced, and reference documents for future study.
