Currently, the Notebook computer industry is facing a big challenge because the demand sharply decreased. Moreover, most of Notebook component companies have negative growth. This study aims to investigate how Notebook computer component companies survive in this intense, competitive, and low-profit industry by taking Taiwan keyboard manufacture D- Company as the case. D-Company is one of the five largest keyboard manufactures in the world. Porter five forces model and SWOT analysis are tools to analyze and present the results. The results indicate that companies should not only develop new technology for existing products, but also encourage seeking opportunity to enterprise transformation.
