論文名稱:負向兒時經驗與解離症狀之關聯性-依戀傾向、性別與創傷事件類別之調節式中介效果

近年國內兒虐倖存者相關身心健康議題愈發嚴重,在創傷相關研究中指出負向兒時經驗造就了個體發展的脆弱性,而在眾多相關心理疾患中,解離被認為是個體用以應對當前或過去創傷的反應機制,因此若個體在兒時若經歷足致影響發展的負向經驗時,對於其後續再次遭逢創傷後是否會更亦採用解離作為因應機制是為研究關注的焦點。本研究在兒時負向經驗至解離症狀發展的路徑上,選取依戀傾向作為中介變項,並佐以性別、創傷事件類別等因子作為調節變項,檢驗上述因子的中介效果、調節效果與調節式中介效果,期能更全面了解各項因子對於解離症狀的發展。本研究選取科技部計畫部份資料,收集330份問卷,分析包含「負向兒時經驗量表」、「親密關係體驗量表-修訂版」、「創傷生活事件問卷」及「解離症狀量表」等量表,以統計分析資料之描述統計與相關係數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、層級迴歸分析等。本研究分析結果顯示,成人個體的「負向兒時經驗」與「解離症狀」有顯著正相關,不安全型的依戀傾向包含「焦慮依戀」及「逃避依戀」皆對成人個體的「負向兒時經驗」與「解離症狀」之關聯性具顯著中介效果,「性別」與「創傷事件類別」對於成人個體的「負向兒時經驗」與「解離症狀」之關聯性不具顯著直接調節與間接調節效果。本研究初步系統性評估了國內成人個體負向兒時經驗以及解離的關聯性,且發現經歷負向兒時經驗的個體若具不安全型的依戀傾向會促進解離症狀的發生,可能是一個跨文化的廣泛現象,並指出性別、創傷事件類別在直接與間接路徑亦皆不具顯著調節作用,再度論證個體早期的發展對解離的發展才是最重要的關鍵因素。
