現今這快速變動的時代,企業要保持競爭力以繼續生存,需仰賴其反應及適應創新事物的能力。近年來,雲端運算現已成為許多企業轉型升級最優先考慮的新科技。對於中小企業來說,雲端服務具有彈性、靈活、降低成本等特性,正能有效解決中小企業時常面臨資源(資金、人力、設備等)緊缺的問題。也因此,各國政府無不大力進行推動,尤其像台灣,中小企業在整體經濟體系中角色吃重,更是投注了諸多心力輔助中小企業轉型升級。
  本研究首先對近幾年中小企業的雲端服務導入情形作了檢視,發現雲端服務的導入狀況並不如預期理想。問題的關鍵之一,來自於雲端服務供應端與需求端間存在著認知上的落差。以此現象為契機,本研究從雲端服務之需求端觀點出發,進行探索性研究,利用TOE架構的變數建立判斷機制,並用質性研究多個案分析方法,以16家桃園代表性中小企業為研究對象,從「企業資訊能力」及「業主資訊認知」兩個面向來捕捉代表個案中小企業的「特質」,並觀察特質是否會影響其雲端服務需求之選擇,以勾勒出中小企業雲端需求的真實樣貌。
  研究結果發現,不同的中小企業特質,的確呈現出不同的雲端服務需求方向。根據本研究歸納分析的結果,成功定義出「成熟」、「成長」、「外包」、「傳統」四種特質,以及各自對應的雲端服務需求模式。期望透過本研究之發現,未來中小企業進行雲端服務之導入時,能夠更精確的捕捉到其需求之脈絡,以利導入之進行。

Recently, cloud computing has become the latest technology which many enterprises attach a high priority to upgrade. Especially for the SMEs who often has the shortage of resources, flexibility, agility and cost-saving of cloud services could be the best solution for it. Therefore, governments promote cloud services forceful. Especially in Taiwan where SMEs play an important role in the whole economic system.
In this exploratory research, while review the cloud services adoption of SMEs recent year, found out that result is not perfect as expected cause by the cognitive gap between the cloud services supplies and demands. In this case, this study use TOE framework to build an analyzing mechanism from the demand sides point of view, and use qualitative research with multi-case analysis with 16 representative SMEs in Taoyuan as study objects. For capturing SMEs traits from two dimensions: enterprise information skill and owner’s information awareness.
As a result, the study shows that different SMEs traits did lead to different cloud services demand. According to the inductive analysis in the survey, four traits of SMEs was shown: Mature, Growth, Outsourcing and Tradition. Expected through this research, SMEs could connect the demand more precisely when proceeding Cloud Services adoptions in future days.
