布梭尼（Ferruccio Busoni, 1866-1924）為十九世紀末的鋼琴家、作曲家與教育家。因為本身為鋼琴家的關係，作品大多以鋼琴曲為主。特別的是，他以編訂及改編他人的作品最廣為人知，其成就幾乎大於自身創作。
本文將以布梭尼《D小調夏康舞曲》（Ferruccio Busoni: Chaconne in D Minor）進行作品研究與詮釋探討。本曲創作於1891年的美國，改編自巴赫（Johann Sebastian Bach, 1685-1750）柯登時期（1720-1723）創作之《第二號小提琴無伴奏組曲》（Partita No. 2 in D minor, BWV 1004）中的最後一首〈夏康舞曲〉，題獻給鋼琴家達伯特（Eugen d’ Albert, 1864-1932）。在此曲中，布梭尼不僅保有巴赫原曲之架構，並在樂曲上賦予新意，將鋼琴的特性發揮到極致，使在眾多的〈夏康舞曲〉改編版本中脫穎而出，成為最常被演出的作品。
本論文共分為五章：第一章為緒論，敘述研究動機、研究範圍與方法；第二章為介紹布梭尼的生平與音樂風格；第三章為布梭尼《D小調夏康舞曲》之樂曲分析；第四章為布梭尼《D小調夏康舞曲》之演奏詮釋，提出筆者的詮釋觀點；第五章為結論，綜合前四章的內容提出研究心得。

Ferruccio Busoni (1866-1924) was a pianist, a composer, and an educationalist in the late nineteenth century. Due to his identity as a pianist as well as a composer, most of his works are for the piano. In addition, He was particularly well-known for his arrangement of other composers’ works, which are held in higher regard than his original works.
The purpose of this thesis is to study the interpretation of Busoni’s “Chaconne in D Minor”. He composed this piece in the U.S. in 1891 by arranging Johann Sebastian Bach’s (1685-1750) “Chaconne” of “Partita No. 2 in D minor, BWV 1004”, which was composed during Bach’s Coethen Years (1720-1723) for the pianist Eugen d’ Albert (1864-1932). Apart from following Bach’s original version, Busoni added other elements with a romantic style to this piece for demonstrating the features and techniques of the piano. His arranging version is the most popular one compared to any other versions.
This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, my motivation toward this research, the range of this study, and research methods. The second chapter introduces Busoni’s life and music style. The third chapter is the analysis of Busoni’s “Chaconne in D Minor”. The fourth chapter is my interpretation of Busoni’s “Chaconne in D Minor”. The fifth chapter is the summary of the whole thesis and the conclusion of the contents discussed in the previous four chapters.
