The real estate industry is known as the "leading industry", which can bring up a lot of industry, at least four or more than 50 of the community has a very important leading role; and the real estate agent’s activities is the important part of the real estate industry. Although the real estate industry is a low threshold to enter the industry, but it also means that the market has a lot of competitors, whether the successful operation, the need for multi-conditional cooperation. At present, there are many literatures on real estate research, such as studying the history of various companies, studying the business model of real realty. Very less to study, each real estate agent’s strategy to exercise different, and create a different company development. There are some research literature is to look at the various real estate agent’s historical performance, but less to see this study, through the different corporate strategy to explore the business. This study also uses the concept of policy activity consistency to explore the overall view of the real estate industry, more for the enterprise strategic marketing planning, making the corporate strategy activities map more complete. This method is less used for the analysis of real estate industry, mostly for general business analysis and evaluation. This study for the purpose of the general public study, but also allow people willing to enter in the industry, can have a more understanding.
