臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來，因資訊科技術進步，企業間各部門資訊的傳遞或是企業及企業間的溝通方式均已過去不盡相同，為了訊息的快速傳遞，各個企業紛紛導入了企業資源規劃系統ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)，ERP系統在台灣的普及率已逐漸提高，近八成的大型、中型企業已建置ERP系統。

ERP系統不僅只是導入一套應用系統，也是一種經營方式，企業資源規劃系統的導入涉及能否符合企業的願景、企業流程與組織結構的調整，以及為企業帶來所期望創造的價值。在企業導入ERP系統日漸普遍之際，導入ERP系統的維護成效及其影響，成為人們所關切的議題。本研究主旨在探討國內大型上市公司，E電子公司對於ERP系統維護效率之問題，以及影響其績效的因素。本研究發現，維護開發ERP的時間與效率有著高度的相關性，維護時間愈短，系統維護效率愈高。更進一步的了解到若系統維護效率愈高，相對使用者所回饋的滿意度愈高。

In recent years, due to the advancement in information technology, the transmission of information between various departments of enterprises or enterprises and enterprises have been different from the past. Enterprises import ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for fast transmission of information.The popularity rate of ERP in Taiwan is raised up, close to eighty percent of large-sized and medium-sized enterprises have already implement ERP.

ERP just not only an application system, but also a mode of manage. To import ERP depend on enterprise’s vision, process and the adjustment of organization, and create the desired value of enterprise’s expect. on the occasion of the popularity rate of ERP getting raised, import ERP system maintenance effectiveness and its impact, has become a matter of concern. This research is investigation into ERP system maintenance effectiveness and impact for company’s IT department. We found the relation to ERP develop and efficiency have highly correlated —- the less time you take on system maintenance, the higher efficiency you get. And we further more understanding that highly system maintenance efficient will get better feedback.
