本研究之創作靈感，主要來自於內心對於生活經驗與過去記憶的情感抒發，是過去感受經驗的情感延續，由於記憶對人格精神性發展有著深切的影響關係，因此筆者以生活經驗中抒發為主，喚起意識底層，探究記憶對於自我發展之影響脈絡，尋求心靈釋放與解脫悲觀情感，以提升自我覺知能力。
藉由探討藝術創作與時間記憶之間的關聯，釐清過往經驗與生命價值的意義，並且探究其中所隱藏自我省思、自我認同的意涵，使個體最後達到心靈成長、和諧發展進而自我覺知的結果。本繪畫創作研究目的如下：1.透過相關理論分析、引導，探究藝術創作對個人心靈的啟發與提升，尋找自我存在價值。2.增進自我覺察能力，培養人生積極正向態度，並將心理思維注入藝術創作，組織建構出更深層的精神意涵。 3.期望能藉由創作過程，將生活之情感與抒發轉化為視覺圖像，具體呈現於作品畫面，成為人生階段之紀錄。4.透過創作研究之探討，釐清作品形式風格脈絡並發展出個人風格，以及規劃創作方向之延伸。
對筆者而言，創作是記錄生命，省思精神，回饋心靈的方式，藉由探究記憶的軌跡，學著釋放並尋求內心解脫。創作過程中經由不斷的思考與釐清，從觀念的孕育、分析與蒐集，到建構思想與宗旨，再至實踐與演化轉變，最後的比較分析與歸納，經過全心投入此創作歷程後，終完成「記憶的角落」系列作品，本創作研究即是一趟探索自我心靈的旅程。

The creative works’ inspiration of the research derived from the individual inner emotion expression toward the life experiences and memory over the time. It is a continuous emotion feeling from the past experiences, owing to the memory always affecting the development of character mentality profoundly.
Accordingly, based mainly on the expression of life experiences, the research is in the hope of arousing the consciousness of the inner bottom to explore how the memory affecting self-development, seeking for spiritual relief and extricating from the pessimistic sentiment, hence to promoting the capability of self-awareness.
The research aims to search for the correlation between art creativity and the memory of time series, to define the meaning of past experiences and the value of life, so as to explore inner soul of self-reflection and self-identity, and then to achieve the spiritual growth and develop oneself on the basis of self-consciousness with symmetry. The purposes of the creative painting research：(a) By way of theoretic analysis to explore how the art creativity to inspire and promote individual spirit, and to seek for the value self existence. (b) Enhance the capability of self-awareness to cultivate a positive life attitude, infuse psychological thought into art creativity to construct a more meaningful artistic conception. (c) By means of the process of creativity to transform life of emotion and expression into a visional picture which represents the works as records of life. (d) Through the creative research to clarify and establish personal unique style of works, plan the way of direction toward art creation as well.
The author is of the opinion that the artistic creation is a record of life. It is a way of spiritual reflection and feedback through exploring the trace of memory to seek the relief of deep inside of soul. In summary, the creative research is under an incessant thinking and clarification processes to complete. With the efforts of the beginning concept formation, analysis and collection; construction of main idea and objective; practice and transition to final comparison and induction, the series of works be known as 「Memory in the corner」then could be accomplished. The creative research actually is a self-soul journey of exploration.
