談到著名的中提琴作品，辛德密特絕對佔有非常重要的地位，身為二十世紀重要的作曲家之一，他的每首作品中，都保有二十世紀大量不和諧和聲特色，同時在各種艱難的技巧下，同時能保有許多優美的旋律。
本次探討辛德密特的第一首中提琴作品《中提琴奏鳴曲作品編號11-4》
(Sonata for Viola and Piano,Op.11,No.4)，並將本文共分為五個章節。第一章為緒論，確認研究動機與目的，並實踐研究方法與範圍；第二章為作曲家之生平介紹，第一節為探討作曲家成長背景與工作歷程，第二節了解作曲家三個創作時期風格，第三節搜尋到此曲的創作背景以及作曲家所創作的所有中提琴曲目；第三章為樂曲分析，分析三個樂章曲式與變奏手法；第四章為樂曲詮釋，分析三個樂章的演奏手法，包括指法把位、抖音、弓法、弓速、弓壓等。第五章為總結，藉由了解辛德密特的生平，以及實際分析樂曲及探討演奏詮釋，更能深入全面瞭解這首重要的中提琴作品。

When it comes to the famous viola works, Hindemith definitely occupies a very important position. As one of the important composers of the 20th century, each of his works retains a large number of dissonant harmonic characteristics of the 20th century. At the same time, under various difficult techniques, it still retains many beautiful melodies.
This article discusses Hindemith's first viola work "Sonata for Viola and Piano, Op.11, No.4", and divides this article into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, confirming the motivation and purpose of the research, and practicing the research method and scope; The second chapter is an introduction to the composer's life, the first section discusses the composer's growth background and work , the second section understands the composer's three style of the composition period, the third section searches for the creation background of this piece and all the viola pieces composed by the composer; The third chapter is the analysis of the music, analyzing the form and variation techniques of the three movements; The fourth chapter is the interpretation of the music, analyzing the performance techniques for each movement, including fingering positions, vibrato, bowing, bow speed, bow pressure, etc. The fifth chapter is the conclusion. By understanding the life of Hindemith, as well as the actual analysis of the music and the discussion of performance interpretation, we can have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of this important viola work.
