臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

此民族誌所描繪的，是一群基隆碼頭男性工人生命世界的轉變。該轉變歷程浮顯了在經濟數值之外、高自殺比率之下的基隆寫真－這幅圖像由世界經濟版圖、國際運輸線、貨船、國家、地方社會、文化情境，以及，碼頭上的男性工人所構成。在此由政經力量所促動的歷史進程，這群男人隨而建構不同的日常記憶、界定其與世界的關係、對自身處境的意識等，進而組構其情感文化。此情感文化難以被公眾觸及、卻深而廣泛存在於男性勞工的主體經驗，並核心牽動其整體社會生活樣貌與生命世界。
這是一段由政經力量聯同地方文化瓦解勞工情感文化的歷史過程、更是男性改變對自身與世界知覺的歷程，隨著所有關係的層層剝落－由文化情境所指向－這群工人因失能而陷落無以成為（男）人的苦境。
