台灣電子產業經過四十多年的蓬勃發展，相關供應鏈在全球已扮演舉足輕重的腳色。面對近年來全球化競爭的壓力，供應鏈管理成為企業提升營運績效的重要因素，首要步驟就是選擇合適的供應商。適當的供應商評選模式可以幫助企業選擇合適的供應商，增加企業營運的彈性與降低生產成本，提高整體競爭力。電感器屬於三大被動元件之一，近年來隨著電子產品應用領域的擴展以及強調節能省電的訴求，電子產品對於電感元件的需求也日漸增加，企業採購電感元件的需求也相對的成長。因此，訂定電感元件供應商評選標準即成為提升企業競爭力非常重要的課題。本研究利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)，將複雜的供應商評選因素問題系統化，藉由不同層面的層級分解與量化以提供適當的決策方案。首先透過專家訪談與文獻探討歸納整理得到伺服器使用之電感元件選商的基本構面與準則之層級架構，分別為公司規模、產品品質、產品價格、服務、技術等五個基本構面，以及下一階層共23個準則。建立層級架構後再邀請各領域專家參與問卷調查，藉由Expert Choice軟體分析問卷的結果計算構面與準則之權重高低，得到電感元件供應商評選的關鍵因素順序。

Taiwan Electronics Industry has developed prosperously for over 40 years and its supply chain plays an important role in the world. The management of supply chain is one of the most significant elements to improve the performance of Enterprise under the pressure of globalization. The first step is to choose the right vendors. The model of vendors’ evaluation would help the enterprise to choose the right vendors; increase the flexibility of operation, reduce the manufacturing cost, and to enhance the competitivness. Inductor is one of the passive components. The demand of passive components is increasing because electronics field is wider and more and more people are aware of energy-saving. The enterprise’s demand of passive components is growing as well. Therefore, setting the standard of evaluating passive components vendors is a crucial topic for enterprise. In this studies, “Analytic Hierarchy Process” is used to systematize the complicated reasons of evaluating vendors. It disassembles and quantifies the different hierarchy to provide the suitable strategy. By interview survey with electronics experts and literature review, the basic elements and the standard of evaluating and choosing the right vendors have been come out. The five basic elements are the scale of the company, the quality of the product, the price of the product, the service and the technology. After the structure of hierarchy is built, the experts in all fields were invited to join the survey and write the questionnaires. Last, the software “Expert Choice” is used to analyze the factors of evaluating the passive components vendors and to arrange these elements in order.
