青少年家庭韌力知覺量表編製與相關研究

本研究旨在發展適合青少年使用的家庭韌力知覺評估工具，採用Walsh多向度家庭韌力理論與過去相關研究作為編製青少年家庭韌力知覺量表的基礎。本研究以國中生為對象，評估從國中生的角度知覺到的家庭韌力狀況，藉此了解青少年認為家庭所面對的危機和所擁有的資源，幫助助人工作者更快速地找尋青少年家庭網絡中的潛在力量，辨識每個家庭中的優勢資源，以助於個人及家庭的評估與介入工作。以全台530份有效國中樣本，透過描述統計、相關分析、多變量變異數分析、Cronbach’s α係數考驗、驗證性因素分析等統計分析方法，來檢驗量表的信效度品質，並分析量表的使用現況與不同背景資料的差異。研究結果摘要如下：
一、 量表架構與內容：青少年家庭韌力知覺量表包含家庭信念系統分量表8題，家庭組織模式分量表7題，家庭溝通/問題解決分量表8題，共23題，採李克特五點量尺。
二、 量表信效度：正式量表的Cronbach’s α係數為.96，各分量表的Cronbach’s α值介於.89～.91。量表於兩週後的再測係數為.81~.84，具有良好的內部一致性與再測穩定性。量表經兩次專家審查具良好之內容效度。採家庭功能量表作為聚斂效度的指標，顯示本量表具有良好的聚斂效度。採自尊量表作為效標，顯示本量表的效標關聯效度尚佳。使用結構方程模式檢驗建構效度，顯示修正後的二階因素模式，與理論適配度良好。區辨效度上則未獲得實徵資料支持。
三、 國中生家庭韌力知覺調查結果：
（一）國中生的家庭韌力知覺略為偏高；（二）最常見的危機事件是家庭內的劇烈衝突和關係疏離，其次為經濟貧困、單親；（三）不同年級國中生的家庭韌力知覺有差異，國一學生高於國二、國三；（四）男女國中生的家庭韌力知覺差異未得實徵資料支持；（五）城鄉地區國中生的家庭韌力知覺差異未得支持；（六）父母教育程度越高的國中生的家庭韌力知覺較佳；（七）危機事件與家庭關係變化有負向關聯，家庭韌力與關係變化有正相關，家庭韌力知覺與危機負面影響程度為負相關。家庭韌力有助一般家庭與風險家庭維繫緊密的關係。
本研究依據研究結果，提供實務工作者進行家庭韌力介入的建議，以及未來研究者進行後續研究的參考。

The development of the Family Resilience Perception Scale for adolescents

Abstract
The purpose of the study were to develop a family assessment for adolescents, based on Walsh’s multidimensional family resilience theory, and to understand the relationship among family resilience, risks and relationship. The present study acquired 530 valid data of junior high school students on survey research. The data were analyzed with a number of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, Cronbach’s α, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results are as follows:
1. The Family Resilience Perception Scale (FRPS) is composed of 3 subscales and 23 items focusing on three key process of the family belief system, family organizational pattern and family communication/problem solving processes.
2. The internal consistency reliability of the 3 subscales is between .89 with .91, and the test-retest coefficients over 2-week period ranging from .81 to .84.
3. The content validity, convergent validity, and construct validity have been found to be satisfactory.The criterion-related validity with self-esteem is medium.The discriminant validity is not supported by the empirical data, because there’s high correlation between 3 subscales.
4. The score of family resilience in high grade of junior high students were significantly higher than low grade students.
5. There’re not significant differences in family resilience between male students and female students.
6. There’re not significant differences in family resilience between the students in urban schools and those in rural schools.
7. The students with higher educational parents perceived better family resilience than those with lower educational parents.
8. Family resilience was positive correlated with the close relationship after risks, but family risks were negative correlated with that.
By this scale, practitioners can assess the family resilience and risks for individual student quickly, and then frame adaptable guidance strategy and treatment model. Based on the findings, the implication and suggestion are offered for school guidance, counseling service and future research.
